Chain Vise Grips can be clamped around any pipe, pole, or beam with a diameter of 6in or less. The back of the chain vise has a baby pin welded onto it. The tightening knob also has a 5/8-in pin welded onto it. If need be, several chain vise grips can be “locked” together.
